Failure Analysis Investigation and Cause and Effect Examination

In cases of coating failure, we assist clients determine the root cause of the problem. We address certain key parameters such as: surface preparation, coating application procedure, materials selection, environmental factors and any cleaning that may have been performed, and the investigation may involve sampling and testing of the thickness and cohesive integrity of the coating.
